Payment

I accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Diners Club credit cards, PayPal direct from bank account, checks and money orders. Pieces are shipped after check/money order clears. We have a SSL secure server to collect payment details. Pieces are shipped within 5-7 business days from receipt of payment. Thank you!

 

Shipment

Shipping charges are added at checkout and dependant on location. I can ship pretty much anywhere in the world. I ship the canvases flat and already stretched.
I do not like to remove the painting from the stretcher bars because it’s such a pain to re-stretch them. When you remove the canvas and try to re-stretch it, it never quite goes back perfectly the way it was intended. Each piece is painted after it is stretched and will damage if removed from the stretcher bars.
Each piece is protectively bagged, bubble wrapped, put in foam corners, and placed in a cardboard carton filled with foam peanuts. Shipping usually takes 6 - 10 days depending on where you are in the world. If you require faster shipping, please contact me and I will give you the additional costs. If you have your own shipping method or account, shipping charges can be omitted from the total payment cost.


Returns and Exchanges

Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt.  Please contact me prior to either a return or exchange.  Art must be returned in original packaging and in perfect condition.  If piece if damaged upon receipt funds with be refunded according.  Insurance HAS to be purchased on returns and exchanges.  Insurance for total cost of piece is mandatory and is purchased when shipped.

 

Frequently asked Questions

How long will it take to receive my order?
We ship all orders in 5-7 business days of receiving your order. On average most domestic orders take 3-5 business days for delivery. International shipments take longer depending on country and customs. Tracking number will be provided on all shipments.

If you want to receive your order in time for Christmas, make your purchase by December 16th before midnight Central Standard Time. Please contact prior to purchase to confirm availability.

 

What shipping method do you use?

We use UPS, Fed Ex, and USPS ground service.

 

Merchandise Total Shipping and Handling Charge

Shipping costs are based on size and weight of each piece packed and vary by order. Please note, large canvases may have an additional charge due to the size and are heavy to ship.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Orders sent internationally via USPS Air Parcel Post, UPS Global or Global Priority and usually take an extra 5-10 days for delivery. GalleriaLisa is not responsible for duties, brokerage fees or any additional charges incurred during shipment. All orders going to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and all International orders will have shipping totals determined by your location. If you have an international shipping preference, please contact me in advance and I will be happy to accommodate.

 

Can I make a purchase by phone, mail, or fax?

Do you charge Sales Tax?

I am required to charge sales tax for the state that I am located. Since I am located in California, I am required by law to charge sales tax for all orders bought and shipped within California. Sales tax does not apply to other states or international orders.
